Tickets can be purchased in cash only at the counter, usually between 09:00–11:00 and 14:00–15:30; there is no option to pre-book[1]. The entrance fee allows access to both feeding sessions on the day of your visit[1].
If you wish to bring any camera, video camera, or phone camera for personal use, there is an additional RM10 camera fee[1][3][6]. Cameras with lenses 600mm or longer incur a much higher fee of RM1000[1].
