The entrance fee for Victoria Falls National Park depends on the side of the falls you are visiting and your residency status.[1]
Zimbabwe Side (Victoria Falls National Park):
- International visitors: USD $50 per adult, USD $25 per child (6–12 years), free for children under 6. No re-entry on the same ticket.[1][3][5]
- SADC (Southern African Development Community) citizens: USD $30 per adult, USD $15 per child (6–12 years), free for children under 6.[1][3][5]
- Zimbabwe citizens: USD $10 per adult (paid in ZWL equivalent), USD $5 per child (paid in ZWL equivalent), free for children under 6.[1][3]
- Payment methods: USD cash or card for international and SADC visitors, ZWL or EcoCash for Zimbabwe locals.[1]
Zambia Side:
- International visitors: USD $20 (or ZMW 400) per adult, USD $10 (or ZMW 200) per child (6–12 years), free for children under 6.[1][3][5]
- SADC citizens: ZMW 150 per adult, ZMW 75 per child (6–12 years), free for children under 6.[1][3]
- Zambian citizens: ZMW 55 per adult, ZMW 20 per child (6–12 years), free for children under 6.[1][3]
- Payment methods: ZMW cash is preferred; USD cash (international visitors), mobile money (locals), credit cards not always accepted (machine connectivity can be inconsistent).[1]
The entrance fee is for single entry only. If you leave the park and want to return later the same day, a new entry fee applies.[1][3][5] Visitors must present identification (passport, national ID, or driver’s license) to confirm their residency for discounted rates.[1][5]
