Turkey Entrance Fee

Many popular tourist attractions in Turkey now list their entrance fees in euros, following a government directive effective from March 1, 2024, to provide clearer pricing for international visitors[1].

Topkapi Palace: The entrance fee for Topkapi Palace in 2025 is 45 euros (about 1,700 TL). This ticket includes access to both the Topkapi Palace and the Harem[1]. Some sources report a further increase to 55 euros (2,000 TL) for a combined ticket that also includes Hagia Irene, reflecting rising costs in 2025[7].

Ephesus: Entrance to Ephesus in 2025 costs 40 euros, which includes the Ephesus Experience Museum. Additional attractions nearby, such as the Terrace Houses, require a separate fee of 15 euros, with other nearby sites like the Ephesus Archaeological Museum and Basilica of St. John costing 10 euros and 6 euros respectively[3].

Dolmabahçe Palace: For 2025, the fee for foreign visitors is set at 1,500 TL. Turkish citizens and foreign students with an ISIC card pay reduced rates (200 TL and 150 TL respectively). This price covers the Main Palace, Harem Apartments, and the Palace Collections Museum[5].

Pamukkale: Entry to Pamukkale is approximately $11 USD for adults, while children under 18 can enter free. The natural site is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.[8]

Köprülü Canyon National Park: There is no entrance fee for the canyon itself. Most activities are either free or included in organized tours[4].

Prices at many other Turkish national parks and sites vary. Some, like Pamukkale, charge a modest fee, while others (such as some canyons and parks) may not charge at all.
