Canterbury Cathedral Entrance Fee

Canterbury Cathedral charges the following entrance fees as of January 2025^[3]:

• October – March: £18.00
• April – September (except weekends in July & August): £19.50
• Weekends in July & August: £21.00

All entry tickets are multi-day tickets valid for 365 days from booking, allowing for unlimited revisits during that time at no extra cost^[3]. The ticket includes entry to the Cathedral, precincts, gardens, exhibitions, mini talks, activity trails, and visitor events, subject to availability^[3].

Tickets can be purchased online or at the Visitor Centre^[3]. Additional concessions are available with valid proof of eligibility^[4][5]. Entry is free if you hold a Cathedral Pass or Friends Card^[4][5].

Attendance at services of worship or to pray in one of the Cathedral’s chapels is always free^[3].
