Canterbury Cathedral charges the following entrance fees as of January 2025[3]:
- October – March: £18.00
- April – September (except weekends in July & August): £19.50
- Weekends in July & August: £21.00
All entry tickets are multi-day tickets valid for 365 days from booking, allowing for unlimited revisits during that time at no extra cost[3]. The ticket includes entry to the Cathedral, precincts, gardens, exhibitions, mini talks, activity trails, and visitor events, subject to availability[3].
Tickets can be purchased online or at the Visitor Centre[3]. Additional concessions are available with valid proof of eligibility[4][5]. Entry is free if you hold a Cathedral Pass or Friends Card[4][5].
Attendance at services of worship or to pray in one of the Cathedral’s chapels is always free[3].
